"Overcoming Economic Obstacles"

ISM-Fort Worth welcomes Bill Swoboda, Financial Advisor with Edward Jones as our guest speaker at the November 2013 dinner meeting and educational event.  November's dinner meeting will be held on Tuesday evening, November 5th (1st Tuesday in November). 

"Overcoming Obstacles"- Attendees will learn about the obstacles of a slow economic recovery and recent tax changes, overcoming the anxieties of national debt, making sense of social security, impacts of inflation, how you can diversify and prepare for retirement or a child's education, and lastly a basic understanding life and long term care insurance.

Bill Swoboda serves individual investors and business owners at Edward Jones helping individuals and families determine the most appropriate strategy for their financial future.  Bill is a graduate of Texas A&M University and a former member of the Corps of Cadets.  He serves on the Benbrook Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Advisory Committee at Monnig Middle School.

The monthly dinner meetings serve as an opportunity for ISM-Fort Worth members and their guests to network, enjoy a great meal, and gain CEU points from this educational presentation.  Come and join us for this opportunity to learn and reconnect with other members.



ISM-Fort Worth is a Supply Management professional association that is able to provide dinner meeting meals and parking at no charge to members and first time guests who are associated with the Supply Management profession.   All other guests and repeat guests in the profession will be assessed the normal fee of $30 for attendance at a monthly dinner meeting.

Note:  The ISM FW Board of Directors may choose from time to time to allow non-profession guests to attend without charge (example – December meeting) .  Any exceptions to the above policy will be clearly noted in the meeting invitation.
